  I am annoyed to the max with a individual that work at this establishment! My mother went to Prime Beauty Studio last week and the hairstylist (Unekhands) told her that she was one hour behind. My mother waited for an hour all for her to tell my mom that it would take 20 additional minutes before she would be able to start on her hair. At this point my mom decided to reschedule. My mom rescheduled her appointment today and needless to say unekhands did the same thing again. She is very unprofessional and need to learn how to manage her appointment. It's understandable that everyone has bad days but this behavior seems like a pattern. My mother will not schedule with her again and you shouldn't either unless you want to wait a hour and 30 mins for her services. The only reason why I am giving 1 star is because I have to give at least 1 if not I wouldn't have given any!
